I would prefer to work in a position that is a blend of the two. One of the things I loved the most about my last job was the fact that I had a lot of freedom to work independently, however, nearly every project I worked on required some sort of team effort. I enjoyed collaborating with multiple people in and outside of the Marketing department. I enjoy being a member of a team and being able to bounce ideas off others, but I also thrive working individually.

Amanda's Feedback
You've struck a perfect balance between being a team player and one able to work independently, which is often important because many roles require you to be able to adapt to both kinds of working situations.
