"I have seen other security professionals lose their temper, and it always seems highly unprofessional. I have never lost my temper on the job because I feel that the better way to command respect is to be collected and poised. If I were to lose my temper on the job, it would have to be in the midst of a very high-stress, aggressive situation where I am in a corner, and safety threats were present; whether against me or anyone else."

"I cannot think of a scenario where I would lose my cool on the job. With that said; I have zero tolerance for violence or threats against other people. If faced with a situation of violence, I would use full force to stop the situation. Typically, I have a very calm and collected personality. If I feel my blood pressure rising, I remind myself that the most emotional person in any given situation is most likely to lose. This reminder keeps me in check."
