It's essential to G4S that you are a skilled communicator; especially when it comes to dealing with their clients and creating your daily reports. You could mention any courses you have taken in communication, journalism, or writing. Or, if you have on-the-job training in report writing, it would be smart to mention. Lastly, you could tell a story or give a specific example of a time when your communication skills improved a workplace situation. If you have a sample of your written communication, from a previous report you created, you can certainly bring that example with you if this does not breach any confidentiality agreements.
