"As you can see from my resume, I don't have any direct working experience with the financial industry and I would see that as my largest learning opportunity if offered this position. Like I did with my current job in the healthcare industry, I would take the time to learn the basics of the industry that would help me design the most intuitive user interfaces in the products here at Fast Enterprises."

Anonymous Answer
The biggest hurdle for me at Fast Enterprises if hired would be my lack of experience in being a training coordinator. While I do have experience in technical writing and training new employees on the job, I am less experienced in software training. I would start by thoroughly learning the basics and communicating with colleagues about my own learning process.
Stephanie's Feedback
You do a good job of doing an inventory of your skills and growth areas, but I'd like to see you take your confidence up a notch in this response! I suggest building on what you already have by adding a closing sentence such as, "I am very confident in my ability to learn quickly, and I am enthusiastic about the potential opportunity of increasing my software knowledge."
