How to Answer
The interviewer would like to know that the reason you are leaving your current job is not a reason that would cause you to leave this job with Etihad Airways, as well. For instance, you do not want to mention that the schedule of a flight attendant was too hectic when you are applying for the same type of role. Share a genuine reason such as workplace culture, growth opportunities, or benefits and tie in why Etihad Airways will be able to offer you more as an employer.
