QUESTION 26 OF 26

Denso loves innovators. Tell me about a time when you made a suggestion requesting a change in an organization.

Denso wants employees to be constantly looking for ways to improve their environments. The interviewer needs to know that you are aware of development opportunities and are not afraid to suggest procedures to further benefit the company. Engaged and empowered employees are always more productive. Talk to the interviewer about a time when you could suggest a change in the workplace. Emphasize the result and the benefit it had for the company or the employees you worked with.

"Last year, when I was managing dispatch for my company, I noticed a pretty solid opportunity for us to save on overtime hours. I created a presentation and gave it to my manager, who took it to upper management. The changes were implemented, and I was very proud of the suggestion that I made. The company ended up paying the lowest amount of overtime in the history of the organization, and that made more profit."
