I would like to work in an environment where employee suggestions are welcomed
because in my opinion, the best way to improve productivity is through internal meetings and collaboration in the workplace.
I made a recommendation that we try a new line after one of our vendors shorted us on inventory and make our pricing competitive. In the end, it worked out really well for us, resulting in cost savings and happier customers.

Tell the interviewer more about the new product line you recommended, why you chose it, and how you altered pricing to be more competitive. If known, share the percentage of cost savings and why the customers liked the product you recommended better than the previous option.
