1. Continental requires employees to abide by several Covid19 practices. Tell me about what steps you have taken to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
How to Answer
In the world today, the pandemic has changed the way a lot of companies have had to do business, both to protect employees and customers. Continental has had to make PPE equipment available, institute social distancing practices, and strongly encourages employees to get vaccinated. This is an opportunity to discuss your commitment to protecting yourself, your family, and your coworkers from Covid. It will reassure the hiring manager if you are already proactive in taking measures, such as being vaccinated.
