Where do you see yourself in five years?

The interviewer is asking this question to determine where you envision yourself professionally in the next five years. They most likely want to hear that you will be willing to stick around for the near future. The hiring and onboarding of new staff are expensive for companies, so most will want to hear that you have plans to learn and grow with them. Even if you are unsure of where you will be in the next five years, provide some general information about wanting to learn and grow with Bright Horizons, maybe while you attend courses or earn an advanced degree. Be honest with your answer, but you do not need to divulge everything about your future hopes and dreams to the interviewer.
