"At times, I will be asked to perform tasks in our computer system that I am unfamiliar with. When this happens, I will not ask for help right away. Rather, I will search for the answer in our manuals or online. I am comfortable taking on new tasks and enjoy learning new skills."

The interviewer wants to hear how you approach things you are unfamiliar with to see if you immediately ask for help or if you choose to figure it out on your own. While there is nothing wrong with asking for help, it is a more desirable trait if you use your problem-solving skills to learn how to perform the task.
