"At this point in my career, I'm happy with my career field with my Bachelor's degree. My ultimate career goal is to move into a leadership position within the field, and I believe those opportunities would be great for me here at Allergan once I prove my leadership skills on the job."
First and foremost, there isn't a right or wrong answer to a question like this. If you are open to or even thinking about furthering your education to pursue a Ph.D., assure the interviewer that you would be willing to discuss enhancing your knowledge to grow as an employee with Allergan. If you are perfectly content in your line of work, that is okay. Just be sure to reiterate that to your interviewer in a confident manner.
