What are your salary expectations if you were to be offered this job at Allergan?

"In all honesty, my job search is not motivated by pay. I feel fairly compensated in my current position at 68,000 annually with some bonus opportunities each year. I'm confident that Allergan will provide a positive and motivating work environment for me and would expect that a job offer would be fair for the knowledge and skills I would bring to your team."

"I am currently earning 105,000 per year with two bonus opportunities. I am looking for compensation that is aligned with the role at Allergan and provides an opportunity for growth into the future."

The best way to discuss your salary expectations is to use your current earnings as an example.
