QUESTION 25 OF 35

In a dream world, what does your ideal employer look like?

A job search isn't just a one-sided hunt for Allergan. Your interviewer knows you must also feel this is a good fit to ensure a long-term fit and success. They ask this question to ensure that their culture and environment match what you are looking for in a new employer.

"My ideal employer brings charisma and passion to their work in bringing new and innovative pharmaceuticals to the market. I work best with organizations with a penchant for learning and promoting their employees based on performance. Based on all I've learned today, I'm confident I found this environment here at Allergan."

"I want to join an organization where continued learning is encouraged, fun is promoted, and teamwork is essential to success. Our work takes dedication and commitment unlike most other industries, and these elements of a great organization help make the workplace a great place to be a part of."

Tell the interviewer about your ideal employer. As you use your research into Allergan's culture, mission and values, be specific in how your ideal environment aligns well with what they offer. Keep the conversation positive and avoid speaking poorly of previous managers or organizations.
