"When the schedule is running behind due to lack of hustle on mine or my team's part, I find it stressful. I like to be on time with my schedule to ensure that our patients and clients get the proper, timely help they need. To make this part of my job less stressful, I implemented a team meeting at the start of each shift to motivate and encourage the team to stay focused and on track. It seems to have helped a lot, and our schedule rarely falls behind."
