Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
When responding to this question, highlight something you are proud of that is not on your resume. There is only so much space on your resume to list your achievements, education, work experience, and hobbies. Now is the time to tell the interviewer about something that makes you unique and will make you stand out from other candidates. The interviewer wants to learn more about your personality and achievements.

Focus Your Answer On
Focus on telling the interviewer something about yourself that could make you stand out as a candidate and be a good quality in the healthcare profession. For example, if you tell the interviewer that you volunteer at least once a week at a local food bank feeding the hungry in your community, it shows you are a compassionate and thoughtful person. Both of those qualities are excellent to have as a healthcare professional.
