Learn about the company's mission and vision statement, the CEO, when the company was founded, what type of clientele the company serves, and the company culture. When responding, incorporate some unique facts about the company, showing you have done in-depth research.

Avoid saying you do not know anything or know very little about the company. If you do not research the company before your interview, the interviewer will assume you are not interested in the job.
