Our warehouse operates on three shifts, which shift would you prefer?

An interviewer would ask this question to see if there is any shift you are opposed to working. If so, be honest and upfront with the interviewer and hope that it isn't a dealbreaker. If it was a requirement, most likely it would be in the job description.
