If I called your previous or current manager, what would they describe as your most insufficient quality?

This is a curveball question to get you to open up about your weaknesses. For all interviews you should come prepared to answer a question about a weakness you may have and with that you should have two examples ready to go. Give an answer that isn't a deal breaker. Be sure to state how you are working on improving in that skill.
