We recommend visiting the company website to learn critical information such as current events, involvement in the community, promotions, or anything that qualifies as news. Watch the videos on their website, and take note of the information on their Careers page if one is available. Come prepared to list 5-6 things you learned from the company's website, such as the number of clients they serve, the number of branches, when the company started, who started the company, their mission and vision statement, core values, and the current CEO. Demonstrate to the interviewer that you have done your homework and have learned a lot about the company you are interviewing with.
