It might be that you were let go due to budget cuts, terminated for a discrepancy, left to pursue a more fulfilling type of work, or are changing careers. If you were fired, describe what happened and what you have learned from that experience. Be sure not to talk poorly about coworkers or supervisors, as it will make you look bad in the interviewer's eyes. Explain your reason for leaving your last position.
