How did your typical greeting go at your last position?

As a receptionist, the way you greet customers is also the first impression they'll get of the company. Stay calm, clear your mind, and deliver your greeting with as much enthusiasm as you can muster. "I greet customers with a friendly smile, and ask them how they're doing. I chat with them a bit - telling them about what we do in our company and the services we offer. I always end with telling them that it's my job to make sure their concerns are addressed promptly!"
