"There are many aspects of the job description that are appealing. What I like most about this position is being in charge of training new employees and conducting annual performance evaluations. I have worked in a physician assistant teaching capacity for the past five years and love sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I also enjoy the annual reviews because it lets me show my staff how well they are doing and how much I appreciate their work."
