You must remain calm and patient when working with stubborn or difficult clients. If you are not capable of extending patience, this will not be a good profession for you. Describe how you remained patient with a stubborn or difficult client. If you are new to the field, you can use an example of extending patience in another scenario.

"I extend patience to all of my clients. I understand what they may be going through and genuinely feel compassion for those that I am helping. I realize it may be difficult not to take care of daily living activities, and I would be stubborn, too! I never take anything personally and extend my help wherever it is needed."
