If possible, pick an assignment that is applicable to the position you are interviewing for. If you are new to the industry, or if this is your first position, you can use a school assignment as an example.

"In my last position, we switched to a new legal research system about four months after I started. We had a rush issue come in with one of our clients right after the switch. The attorney needed cases pulled from the new system, but I was struggling moving so quickly because I was still learning how to operate it. Thankfully, I was able to ask a co-worker for some additional support and we were able to obtain all the needed documents in the designated time."
