"I utilize Outlook calendar to keep my days, weeks, and months organized with the different deadlines I have coming up. Each morning, I review my calendar to help prioritize my tasks for the day. If those tasks have been assigned by a specific person, I check in with them to make sure nothing has changed (i.e. the deadline is still the same) and provide an update on my status if it is a longer-term project."
