"I rely on my Outlook calendar and to-do task list. Each morning, I review my calendar on a daily basis to ensure I have all the projects in order. I also make sure to meet with any attorneys who have deadlines in the next couple of days to ensure nothing has changed. After that, I tackle the assignments according to priority. If I have downtime, I take the opportunity to catch up on industry news and look for ways to expand my knowledge in our field."
