And when clients are dealing with legal matters, there are multiple emotions that can come into play. As a paralegal, I recognize that calm, professional, and consistent communication with clients can go a long way in helping sustain the relationship. As for organization, the attorney is going to be dealing with multiple deadlines, and providing support to ensure those deadlines is absolutely critical to the business succeeding."
