"I like to keep things organized and efficient. I created an inventory sheet to make it easier when ordering office supplies. I also created a system at my desk similar to an in/ outbox, except I use it as an efficient way to communicate with the managers. Every day, the managers are busy making sales calls, and I can't always relay messages or get their signatures right away. When I need them to approve or review a document, I leave a file on the edge of my desk for them to review. If they see their file, they take a minute to review what's in there."
