Do you enjoy training others?
The job duties of an Occupational Health and Safety Technician include educating employers and workers about workplace safety while demonstrating the correct use of safety equipment. The interviewer wants to see if you enjoy training others to show if you are a good fit for their company. If you do not enjoy training others, do not say that in your interview; it could hurt your chance of being offered the job. Ensure the interviewer that you would do whatever is asked of you in terms of training others.
