How do you deal with stress and a large workload at work/school?

Burnout affects everyone in healthcare, not just doctors. Going into OT school with stress-management techniques can give the interviewer confidence to get your work done but not at the cost to your greater health. Talk about one big stressor and the healthy habits you have to mitigate it.

"Stress is a factor for most people. I think it is vital to recognize and label your stress so that it does not overwhelm you. Things that I do to manage my stress are journal and get physical exercise every day. Both activities allow me to release the stress I am feeling in a positive way and help me stay grounded so I can do the things I need to do."
