Take this opportunity to give your ultimate sales pitch and tell your interviewers what makes you the top candidate for their organization. While there is no right or wrong answer to a question like this, there are a couple of directions you can take to have the greatest impact on your interviewers. Talk openly and honestly about some of your hobbies and interests outside of work. It's great if you can highlight some very unique and interesting things about yourself or talk about your family life.
