Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
In asking this question, your interviewers are looking for insight into your personality to ensure that you would be a great fit with the culture and staff at the institution. Answer Example
"I grew up with six brothers and sisters, so patience was a necessary virtue. They shaped my experiences. For example, when my sister needed hip surgery, we spent a week in the hospital, and I learned how doctors and nurses cared for her, including operating on her and controlling her post-operative pain. My parents taught me to be dedicated to my family, and I carry this tradition to my family. Outside the practice, we enjoy traveling and spending as much time outdoors as possible. We are active in sports, water activities, and cooking dinners as a whole family."
