"I'm trusted with confidential information every day in my current practice. I make a point to leave my work at work and not discuss patients outside of the office. In the office and the clinic, I always do my dictation in a private setting and lock my computer screen whenever I walk away."

Don't fall into this trap and answer this question with a story containing confidential information. If you do, the interviewer will view your answer negatively and consider you untrustworthy. Instead, talk about how you take precautions in maintaining patient confidentiality. Be sure to also talk about any formal training you've had in this area.
