"The greatest challenge pharmacists will face in the next few years is what we currently face, staffing issues. With more pharmacists ageing and retiring than new pharmacists entering the field, I do not see how we cannot continue having the same problem. An idea I have thought of is having a widespread recruiting and marketing plan to bring new interest into the field. Another possible solution is helping students pay for college, making pharmacy school more affordable and enticing.
