Massage therapists must give customers a positive experience, which requires building trust between therapist and client. This is the key to retaining clients!

"It depends on the customer. If it's a regular customer, I will chat if they enjoy talking during therapy. If it's a new client, I will ask a question or two and see if they enjoy chatting.
