"Sure, I would be happy to. One of the most challenging situations I faced recently was when our team was working on a project with a tight deadline. There were many tasks to complete, and each one was critical to the project's success. However, one of our team members had a medical emergency and was unable to work for a few days.
To manage this situation, I assessed the workload and priorities of the remaining team members. Then, I spoke with the project manager and suggested re-assigning some of the tasks to other team members to ensure we met the deadline. I also arranged for the ill team member to receive support and help with their workload when they returned.
