It will allow me to leverage my background in system analysis and design while working from a more strategic perspective. Also, it will allow me to take my leadership skills to the next level.
I have shadowed project managers and have even managed smaller projects on my own as an analyst. I enjoy this aspect of product development and I feel confident this is the right role for me.
