Have you shopped at our store before?

The hiring manager will interview several candidates they think may be a good fit for the grocery bagger. However, it is expensive to hire and train a new employee, and they want to hire the candidate they believe will be the best fit.

Do additional research about the company and shop at the store before your interview. Review the mission statement and explain why the values in the mission statement are important to you. You want the hiring manager to know that you are applying for a job with a company you support.
