Tell me about a time when you made an error on an arrangement. How did you fix the arrangement and please the customer?

When it comes to creative design, your vision and the customers' vision may not always be the same. How would you handle it if a customer did not like your arrangement due to a misunderstanding on your part?

"I made an error on a wedding bouquet last month. Rather than white roses, I used yellow roses. I wrote down the work order incorrectly. Thankfully I had the time to re-do the arrangement and we gave the customer free delivery for the inconvenience. I apologized profusely and made a follow up call to the customer the next week to offer a free arrangement in the future."
