Be specific in talking about your interaction and the impact your work had overall.

"In my previous role, I worked at a small start up, so our whole team, including the CEO was constantly interacting with each other. I really appreciated this because I was able to learn so much from people with much more experience. I regularly led meetings, reported on the progress of my projects, and also met individually with the leaders of our company for development and review meetings. I feel comfortable working alongside those who have more experience than I; I'm always looking to soak up as much wisdom as I can glean."
