Tell me about a time when you took on a leadership role.

"During my senior year of college, I was the captain of the hip hop dance team at our school. I was on the team for all four years and was voted into the captain position by the team. As captain, I took on a special project to get our team into an elite competition that we had never gotten into before. I formed a committee of upperclassmen who helped me to break down the application to the competition, plan the materials that we would submit, create new choreography, and film an impressive video of our team. In the end, it was an entire team effort to pull it off, but we were accepted into the competition. I don't know if I've ever been more proud of a team effort and my leadership ability!"
