How would you describe a good working relationship between colleagues?
Most employers are trying to determine if you will make a positive contribution to their dental office as part of the team. Focus on highlighting the ways in which a working relationship between colleagues can enhance the workplace environment and the patient care experience. One key idea to include is "professionalism." The employer will want to know that you prioritize professionalism, and take seriously your role as a healthcare provider.
"A good working relationship between colleagues remains professional. The relationship should be based on mutual respect, and a desire to make a positive contribution to the workplace environment. As a team, it is important to provide the most high-quality experience to our patients. I believe that myself and my colleagues can do a better job for patients when we are working together. It is important to establish communication based on trust, which creates the ability to give and receive feedback in order to grow and improve."
"Ideally, colleagues are friendly and work well together. They should respect each other's perspective, opinions, and experience. Even in disagreement, they should always remain professional."
