I noted that your market share increased by 20% last year and that you are forecasting sales to grow by 10% this year. Glassdoor rates you as one of the best companies to work for in this area. The employees I spoke with rave about the work environment and how you allow individuals to perform at their best while providing them the resources they need to achieve their goals.       This is a great start, but I suggest taking this response a bit deeper since the facts you provided would be easy to locate in a quick Google search. What else do you know about Northwestern and this internship? What have you learned from your research? You want to show your interviewer that you are well-informed and have learned as much about the opportunity as possible.
