I can absolutely do both. All teams are only as good as their weakest player. All team members must work together so everyone can thrive. Also, I can work well independently.

This answer is a great start! Again, I recommend removing 'You' language and replacing it with 'I' terms so that your reply remains personal in nature and not a 'lesson' for the interviewer. I have provided a sample response with recommendations below.
"I can absolutely do both. I believe that a team is only as good as its weakest player. For that reason, I work hard to ensure that I am an active part of a group, allowing everyone on my team to thrive. With that said, I am also able to work independently. In my current role, I (give a specific example of a time when you helped your team achieve a goal and one example of a time when you delivered excellent work on your own)."
