Alternative medicine can be a controversial subject. Some healthcare professionals love it, some are highly skeptical, and some people's opinions land somewhere in the middle.
Just like you would answer a sensitive question surrounding politics or religion, it's best to support both sides in some aspect when delivering your response. If you plan to voice a highly one-sided opinion, be prepared to give substantial evidence-based thoughts supporting your viewpoint.

"Although I am a supporter of traditional medicine, I do understand that alternative medicine can offer great benefits for some. I agree that there is a science behind alternative medicine; however, alternative medicine should be more strictly regulated. People need to educate themselves better before jumping into 'all-natural' therapy. Prescribed teas and herbs can be dangerous if taken in the wrong dosages. Even though it is natural, it doesn't mean that your body will like it. Just like with all types of medicine and practices, research and education are very important."
