Even if the University of Colorado's School of Dentistry is your first choice, your determination should exhibit that you'll explore every avenue to succeed, whether you get there through their school or elsewhere. Show them that you have a Plan B, a Plan C, and so on. Inform them you'll try elsewhere if you don't get in here, and if you don't get in anywhere, you'll explore what's holding you back and continue to overcome all obstacles by any means necessary. Show that you take responsibility for your actions and are singularly focused and determined to succeed. Showing them that nothing can stop you from being accepted somewhere will display your level of commitment to see your studies through to obtaining your degree and beyond.
