How do you respond to feedback and criticism of your work?

"I always take a positive mindset when my work is constructively criticized. I know I will have a lot to learn going into Georgetown University's medical school. If I am doing coursework that could be better or struggling to learn a hands-on skill, I'll look for feedback and ask someone how to improve. I'd never take anything personally and always thank the person that gave me the feedback."

Think of a time you received feedback or criticism that was a bit hurtful or surprising. Discuss how you reacted productively. Tell a story that shows the interviewers how you could take the criticism and learn from it. Talk about how you successfully implemented changes in response to the feedback and will bring this same learning and growing attitude to your time in training at Georgetown University.
