It might be true that some project/tasks need individual effort and some other needs Team effort, I am a people person by nature and so far, in all my previous project experiences, I enjoyed working in a team and I do believe that each team member will bring a unique skill set that help in the project goal achievement.
I have excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, and written).
