It must be a habit that you nurture every day. There's no way you can keep up with everything, but you can keep up with most of what's happening. You need to keep in constant communication with others, so the knowledge is shared and spreads to the whole team.

These are excellent approaches to keeping up to date in an ever-changing industry. I recommend using "I" instead of "you" so that the answer is more personal. I have provided an example, below.
