The interviewer is interested in seeing if the environment at Ubisoft Massive is what you need to be successful. The best response is that you can thrive in a startup or an established company; however, that may not be the case.
Think of the pros and cons of each. Working for an established company may feel more secure; however, it may also be more challenging to work your way up. Then, in a startup, you may have a lot of creative freedom, but the pay may not be as lucrative.
Discuss with the interviewer the type of environment you are most comfortable with, remain positive, and draw in parts of the culture at Ubisoft Massive in your response.

Although I appreciate the organization that comes with a more established business, the energy of a startup drives me.
