Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited has many different branches of their business, but within each one, employees across various departments work together for a common organizational goal - "better health and a brighter future." That collaboration is formed through strong relationships among the team. Speak to the interviewer about your personal views on the importance of developing relationships with your peers. Consider aspects like increased innovation, increased productivity, a more enjoyable work environment, and less turnover.

"I spend most of my time in the workplace, so my work environment must be enjoyable. It's important to get to know your teammates so you know who brings what strengths to the team and so you can have peers to reach out to if you have a question or need a hand with a project. The team must trust each other and know they can count on one another to be reliable as they work to achieve common goals."

"When team members have strong relationships with one another, that sense of camaraderie makes the job more enjoyable every day. Collaboration, innovation, and productivity also increase when team members trust one another and enjoy working together."
